August 2010

The first publication of BBW was published in the summer of 2010 and features 6 artists – friends of the collective, all coming from home-country Bulgaria. The booklet represents all about the beginning of Blood Becomes Water project. The dreamy statement, introduced by Vikenti Komitski “I wish I was that cool“, becomes a symbol of the publication through its authentic DIY look, with the visible know-how learning process of the team. Nowadays, the zine could be seen as a very primitive result of all efforts, but at the same time, exactly because of that it’s value and meaning for the local art scene is priceless.
